Please contact your Member of Congress now to ensure clinician-led clinical data registries like Reg-ent can use federal claims data for quality improvement and research, and to preserve Coverage with Evidence Development (CED) as a Medicare coverage pathway.
The Meaningful Access to Federal Health Plan Claims Data Act of 2021 (H.R. 5394) will remove regulatory barriers preventing registries from accessing claims data and confirm CMS’s authority to use CED as a coverage pathway. Please ask your Member of Congress to cosponsor this important legislation.
